Rubber hoses

The pyrolysis process allows us to recover pyrolysis oil from rubber, which can be sold. We also obtain carbon black and steel.

We will pay the company that collects these rubber hoses an additional $100 per ton. After processing, we actually obtain raw material from this waste.

Conveyor belts with steel reinforcement

Conveyor bels are shown in the photos below.

We will pay the company that collects these conveyor belts with steel reinforcement $100 per ton.

The recipient of these conveyor belts can recover pyrolysis oil, carbon black, and steel during the pyrolysis process.

Other uses and applications for these conveyor belts are also possible.

SBR granules (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber)

These, shown in the photos below, fine SBR granules are ground car tires.

The company collecting this waste must pay $50 per ton.

Rubber mats

The rubber mats shown in the photos below come from basketball courts.

We will pay $75 to the company that collects these rubber mats from us.

These mats are made of rubber granules using glue and fine sand and gravel.

Rubber mats can be cut to any size with a thick of 4-7 cm. The standard size is 100x200 cm.

SBR (Styrene-Butadiene Rubber) granulate mats

Mats, shown in the photos below, are made of 96% SBR rubber granulate and 4% polyurethane adhesive

We will pay the company that collects this waste from us an additional $50 per ton.

Steel-Free Conveyor Belts

These are steel-free conveyor belt pads shown in the photos below. The wheels have been cut out of them, leaving this waste.
